Stories from the churchyard | Perthi Kov

For six spring days in 2017, the graveyard at St Euny – Redruth’s miners’ church – was brought to life with the stories of people resting there. A host of researchers, writers and performers uncovered and reanimated them in a project sparked by community company Perthi Kov (Cornish for ‘remember’).

I had the complete joy of writing a story inspired by one of those laid to rest.

Read Sampson Brown: The Earthy Boy.
